Philip Sears Designs are Architectural and Building Surveyors offering a wide range of design and surveying services in the UK. Since its founding in 1978, it has undertaken work primarily in the Home Counties, London and the South East, but has also successfully completed projects further afield.

Clients of the firm vary from owner/occupiers of dwellings to Corporate bodies, local authorities and property developers. The philosophy has always been to maintain a broad spectrum of activity, from small residential alterations to housing developments, industrial and commercial premises and period properties.
